Please note that Spark credits are not applicable to other services such as Brand Blaze or Brand Assistant tools.
Do you offer payment plans?
The Brand Spark Experience requires full payment upfront to reserve your session. This ensures that we can prioritize your business and schedule your 90-minute clarity session without delay. Once payment is made, your Spark date and time are locked in, and we begin preparing your personalized Brand Spark Blueprint.
We believe that this upfront investment empowers you to commit fully to your brand’s transformation and helps us focus on creating the best plan for you.
What happens if we don’t finish everything during the Brand Spark session?
During our pre-session call, we’ll carefully outline your top priorities so we can focus on the most important aspects of your brand. If there are any outstanding items, we can discuss next steps and additional sessions. Many clients choose to move forward with Brand Ignite or Brand Blaze for deeper strategic implementation.
How long does the Brand Spark Experience take?
The Brand Spark itself is a 90-minute session. You’ll then receive your custom Blueprint and have a follow-up Brand Spark Blueprint call to refine and finalize the next steps. This typically happens within 5-7 business days after your session.
