Website Design & Development

1. Scope of Work

Our website design and development services are structured within the Brand Ignite Process, where key project details such as the number of pages, features, and design elements are defined. We exclusively develop websites using WordPress, utilizing professionally designed templates that are customized to meet the client’s brand needs. Each website undergoes a thorough development, testing, and launch process to ensure quality and functionality.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide any available content and assets (such as text, images, logos, and videos) required for the website. Due to the structured nature of the Brand Ignite Process, timely feedback and collaboration are essential to keep the project on track.

3. Design Rules & Approval Process

Before the Brand Ignite Process begins, we will establish design rules to guide the development. Clients will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback before the deep development phase begins.

4. Payment Terms

All payments, including deposits, balances, and refunds, are governed by the Brand Ignite Payment Policies. Clients are required to adhere to the payment structure outlined in their Brand Ignite agreement.

5. Project Timeline

The estimated timeline for website completion will be determined during the Brand Ignite Process and will be provided as part of the project deliverables.

6. Ownership & Licensing

Upon completion of the Brand Ignite Process, the client will assume full ownership of their website. The client will be responsible for all associated licenses, hosting, domain fees, and any ongoing costs related to the website.

7. Post-Launch Support

Ongoing website support is available through our Website Maintenance Packages. Clients may choose from three different packages, each offering varying levels of maintenance and support. Maintenance services will commence upon payment.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we take proactive measures to mitigate security risks and potential downtime, we do not guarantee that websites will remain free from technical issues. We are not liable for security breaches, hosting issues, or third-party service failures after the project is completed. However, our maintenance packages provide solutions to help minimize risks.

 

Website Maintenance

1. Scope of Maintenance

The scope of website maintenance is defined in our Website Portfolio Page, where clients can review the details of each package. Any additional work outside the agreed package will be billed at an hourly rate, which varies depending on the selected package.

2. Support Priority

  • Plan A & Plan B include priority support, ensuring faster response times for maintenance requests.

  • Plan C does not include priority support but still provides essential maintenance services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide the necessary website credentials and should not interfere with maintenance efforts. We maintain open communication to ensure a smooth process and minimize disruptions.

4. Payment & Renewal

  • All maintenance packages operate on a monthly renewal basis.

  • Plan C also offers a yearly subscription option for added flexibility.

By using our website design and maintenance services, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to periodic updates as needed to reflect changes in policies and service offerings.
